How you look speaks volumes. Why not have a voice in what it says? Today, ultrasound and radiofrequency energies, as well as cosmetic medical laser treatments are allowing people living with cellulite to do just that. And, the Key Laser Institute for Aesthetic Medicine® can help.
Rippled, Puckered, Dimpled... Bulging
Most likely, these would not be at the top of your list if asked how to best describe yourself in three or four words. But, they might be used to best describe your skin, especially around the thighs and buttocks. And, unfortunately, it might just be how others see you; that is, if you'd let them. You don't. The fact is the majority of women suffer from rippled, puckered, dimpled skin and from bulging fat - in other words, from cellulite. You don't have to. And, you don't have to hide your legs. You don't have to be afraid of words.

Who Cares What Causes Cellulite... What Cures It?
The exact cause is unknown and a cellulite cure yet, undiscovered. What is known is that cellulite exists in the layer of fat closest to the outer layer of skin, and that a number of factors combine to contribute to "cottage cheese skin" - genetics, body fat, gender and age. Additionally, the skin is then influenced by lifestyle choices, like diet and exercise.
Cellulite exists when fat cells just under the skin expand causing the skin above to appear bumpy. It's possible for these cells to enlarge to the point that they actually put pressure on collagen fibers, limiting the ability of your body's lymphatic drainage system to adequately eliminate toxins and fat. To effectively treat cellulite, procedures must address extra adipose (fatty) tissue, fibro-septal banding, lymphedema fluid retention and loose skin. Creams won't do this, and whereas most cosmetic medical centers have neither the experience or the state-of-the-art treatments and technologies, the Key Laser Institute does. In fact, we have a variety of ways in which to possibly reduce the appearance of cellulite.
