Key Laser Skin Care Tips & Product Picks – Sunscreen

Skin is our body’s largest organ. It has to last us a lifetime, yet sun, pollutants and lifestyle choices make our skin age before its time. Products, treatments and regimens are lifestyle practices that protect and nurture our skin.

Skin is Key Laser’s specialty. Dr. Douglas Key is a board certified dermatologist and research scientist with expertise in anti-aging and laser medicine and each member of his team was selected because of their own expertise and skills that enhance what he offers.

With the entire team’s depth of  knowledge to share, we’re kicking off a new series to offer tips for keeping your skin healthy and youthful. We’re calling it “Key Laser Skin Care Tips & Product Picks.”  Each month, we’ll feature a Key Laser team member’s recommendation via video and post tips based on top concerns we hear from patients and what we know about the latest in skin care research, treatments and products.

If you have skin care questions or are interested in specific tips, let us know and we’d be happy to do our best to offer help in upcoming editions.

The Most Important Skin Care Tip

Early in his career, Dr. Key was selected as a Clinical Associate in Dermatology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland where he researched the origins of skin cancers. As we’ve been experiencing record sunny weather and hot temperatures, Dr. Key stresses the importance of daily use of sunscreen.
